By accessing or using the DiscoverHP website, mobile application, or any services provided by DiscoverHP (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and current

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or outdated.

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Booking

When you book a ride through our Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
Pay the fare as calculated by our system
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your ride

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel a booking subject to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No cancellation fee
Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 25% of the total fare
Cancellations made between 4-12 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 50% of the total fare
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 75% of the total fare
No-shows: 100% of the total fare

5. Payment

By using our Service, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. For card payments, you authorize us to charge your card for all fees incurred.

All fares are calculated based on the distance, duration, vehicle type, and any applicable surcharges. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, toll fees, or cleaning fees (if necessary).

6. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate any person or entity
Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including our drivers
Interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Service
Use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Service
Engage in any fraudulent activity

7. Vehicle Rules

When using our vehicles, you agree to:

Wear seatbelts at all times
Not smoke, vape, or consume alcohol in the vehicle
Not carry illegal substances or dangerous items

Not exceed the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle
Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
Take responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle during your ride

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscoverHP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on our Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Delays or disruptions in our Service
Viruses or other malicious software obtained by accessing our Service
Any other matters relating to our Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DiscoverHP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of our Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
Your conduct in connection with our Service
