Refund & Cancellation
EFFECTIVE AS OF: APRIL 9, 2026We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our travellers and our local partners who prepare in advance for your journey.
1. Tour Package Cancellation
For all curated tour packages (including but not limited to Shimla, Manali, Spiti Valley, and Dharamshala), the following cancellation fees apply:
Standard Cancellation: A fixed cancellation fee of ₹12,000 per booking will be applicable if the cancellation request is received more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Last-Minute Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be applicable if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
This fee covers the non-refundable costs associated with hotel pre-bookings, transport logistics, and administrative overheads already incurred by our partners.
2. Outstation & Point-to-Point Cabs
For standard cab-only bookings (non-package routes), our policy is designed to be traveller-friendly:
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for free up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup will incur a flat fee of ₹500 as driver compensation for the dead mileage and missed opportunity.
3. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation is confirmed, the applicable refund (net of cancellation fees) will be processed:
Method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Timeline: While we initiate refunds immediately, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycle.
4. No-Show Policy
In the event of a "No-Show" (where the traveller is not present at the pickup location and is unreachable for more than 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time), the booking will be considered cancelled.
For Tour Packages: 100% of the package cost will be forfeited.
For Standard Cabs: A flat fee of ₹1,000 or the base fare (whichever is lower) will be charged.
