About Kamrunag

Kamrunag is a sacred site located in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. The temple is dedicated to Lord Kamrunag, who is believed to be a form of Lord Vishnu. Situated at an altitude of about 3,334 meters above sea level, the temple offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayan landscape.

The temple is famous for its mystical lake, which is considered sacred by locals. According to legend, the lake never overflows despite continuous water inflow. Devotees often throw gold and silver ornaments into the lake as offerings to the deity, making it a unique spiritual experience.
